Welcome to Ms. Saka's classroom! Come inside and explore what we're doing in our English classes. In 2005 I started working at Peace and Education HS. I am blessed to work at a school that is rooted in its community, the Back of the Yards, and nurtures young people to always seek a better future through peace and education. I earned my BA in English Literature and Secondary Education at Valparaiso University and am currently taking graduate courses at University of Chicago for my Masters in Liberal Arts. Learning is a life-long joy of mine and I hope to create that same positive experience for my students.
